New VI Insight Hub Launched

The VI Charity Sector Partnership is pleased to announce the launch of its new VI Insight Hub to collate insights, evidence, and facts about the lives of people living with blindness and partial sight – a single trusted source of truth for the whole sector (and beyond) to use.

The Partnership consists of 8 leading sight loss sector charities: Blind Veterans UK, Glaucoma UK, Retina UK, Royal National Institute of Blind People, Guide Dogs, Macular Society, Thomas Pocklington Trust and Visionary. The Hub is operated by BRAVO VICTOR on behalf of the Partners.

The aim of this Partnership is to provide strategic overview of initiatives that will lead to improving the lives of blind and partially sighted people and those at risk of sight loss across the UK.

This VI Insight Hub is a key strategic priority initiative of the Partnership.

The sector-wide VI Insight Hub is an accessible, up-to-date, and authoritative source of evidence, insights and facts from research and other sources and literature relating to people living with sight-loss.

It provides a curated Hub of verified and trusted information and data that can be accessed, freely, by anyone looking for information that can benefit those living with sight-loss. It will provide a single, trusted source of truth for the whole sector, and beyond and will help to inform and stimulate research, policy development, improved service delivery, fundraising opportunities and journalistic enquiry.
